Research and Development
The team is responsible for creating innovative solutions, developing new products and maintaining and improving existing technologies. These are specialists in firmware, software and hardware, as well as testers, who collectively implement projects involving software, applications, devices and functional tests.
Technical

Support Department
It creates designs and cost estimates for low-current installations and prepares acoustic simulations. Additionally, it provides technical support and product servicing, diagnosing and resolving issues reported by clients or internal users.
Production
This is where the manufacturing process of our devices takes place. We start with manual soldering and assembling semi-finished products. Then we assemble, test, and package the finished devices. Our offer includes several dozen product items in various variants.
Sales
Development and execution of product sales both domestically and internationally. The team acquires new clients, maintains relationships with existing contractors and supports commercial processes at every stage – from offer, through negotiation, to transaction finalization and after-sales service.
Logistics

Responsible for efficient management of the flow of materials, components and finished products within the company. It handles receiving and storing deliveries, assembling products, preparing them for shipment, and organizing transport both domestically and internationally.
Administration
Covers areas of office management, accounting, controlling, marketingnand HR. The team ensures the efficient functioning of the office and supports business processes within the company.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Business Development Manager (Germany + International)
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver top line sales growth through new and existing partnerships
- Identify new commercial opportunities to increase revenues on a global market
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with the sales, technical and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
- Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and maximize sales performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner
- Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice
- Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations
- Negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations

Hardware Designer
Your responsibilities:
- Designing electronic circuits (analog and digital), including solution architecture, component selection, schematic design, PCB design, and ensuring EMC compliance
- Creating and maintaining product documentation
- Collaborating with software engineers, other hardware designers, and testers
Our requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing electronic circuits (analog, power supplies, microcontrollers, application processors, DDR2, Ethernet)
- Experience and good knowledge of PCB design principles
- Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues and safety standards
- Strong ability to work independently, creatively and analytically
- Good knowledge of English

Firmware Developer
Your responsibilities:
- Creating and participating in the full embedded software development cycle (specification, architecture, implementation, debugging, unit and integration testing, maintenance, documentation)
- Creating and developing firmware in C/C++, Python, LUA for embedded systems
- Implementation of drivers for peripheral devices
- Creating design, construction, testing documentation, instructions, and reports
- Collaboration with software and hardware development teams, testers
Our requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performing tasks in a similar position
- Experience in firmware development in C/C++
- Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, RS232/485, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, and other network protocols
- Knowledge of RTOS systems (e.g., FreeRTOS) and Embedded Linux
- Ability to think independently, creatively, and analytically
- Good command of English

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Acoustic Engineer / Student
Your responsibilities:
- Developing input materials based on project documentation (3D object modeling) for acoustic simulations in the EASE environment — creating 3D models in graphic software, placing sound sources, and eventually performing the acoustic simulations themselves
- Designing sound reinforcement systems (under the supervision of experienced designers), including the placement of sound sources and the preparation of acoustic treatments for rooms to optimize speech intelligibility
- Creating technical documentation for devices manufactured by the company
Our requirements:
- A university student in one of the following fields: electroacoustics, sound engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, automation, or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong ability to organize own work and work independently
