The IP-based Intercom System, integrated with Yellow monitoring software, provides reliable voice communication in high-security facilities.
Two-way communication enables contact between inmates and staff, supporting rapid response to crisis situations. Intercom devices feature reinforced IK10/IP65 construction and digital sound processing (DSP), which guarantees high-quality conversations even in challenging acoustic conditions.
The system enables remote audio monitoring of cells, call recording, lighting and ventilation control, and integration with CCTV, BMS, and SCADA systems.

Inmates can initiate a connection with a security officer, counselor, or other designated personnel using the intercom installed in the cell. Each connection is recorded and can be monitored in real time or archived.

After pressing the button on the intercom panel in the cell, a signal light illuminates above the door. The officer can initiate the conversation and terminate it using the cancel button. The system provides full control over the communication process.

Authorized personnel can remotely activate the listening function from the intercom microphone in the cell. Audio is transmitted to the control center, allowing assessment of the situation without physical contact with the inmate. All actions are recorded.
