smartVES is a fully certified (EN54), network-based evacuation and public address system using TCP/IP technology, essential for safe and efficient communication management in large-format commercial facilities.
Its primary function is to rapidly direct large groups of people during evacuation, supported by intelligent sound adaptation that ensures speech intelligibility even in dynamically changing acoustic environments. Its application in spaces where thousands of dispersed individuals unfamiliar with evacuation procedures may be present is critical for safety.
A key feature of smartVES is real-time intelligent sound adaptation, which ensures high speech intelligibility even in dynamically changing acoustic conditions. Depending on the facility size, the system can first send coded messages to staff, allowing them time to prepare before announcing the evacuation. It also supports effective traffic management, preventing congestion on evacuation routes.

The Intercom System is an advanced IP-based two-way voice communication tool that ensures seamless information exchange at key points throughout the shopping center. Integrated with the PAVA, it supports daily communication and crisis management.
Through digital audio processing, including noise reduction, echo cancellation, and automatic volume adjustment, the system guarantees high speech intelligibility even in exceptionally noisy environments. The robust construction and durable housing of the devices ensure reliable operation in challenging environmental conditions. Additionally, all events and conversations can be recorded, providing support for security analysis and crisis management.
The Gateway System serves as the operational center for commercial facilities, offering an intuitive, graphical interface for controlling all informational and commercial content. It enables staff to easily manage background music schedules, advertisements, and messages, which is essential for marketing and informational activities.
